I’m Kristen. I’m a mother of 2 – soon to be an empty nester – living in the San Diego, CA area and I believe that being healthy, fit, and strong is a lifestyle, not a life sentence. I have been a BODi coach since January 2007.


As a BODi coach, I offer support and accountability. I can help you connect you with an awesome fitness program, nutritional product, and/or meal plan system that will help you meet your individual needs – and you will be part of my like-minded community of people who don’t necessarily want to run marathons or win body-building contests, but definitely want to feel healthy, fit, and strong, all while enjoying life, friends, family, food….and wine 🙂
