Questions people ask

Will my site go down during the switch?

No. Your current site stays live and running the entire time we’re building. We only move your domain after you’ve reviewed the new site and told us you’re happy with it.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

We point your existing links to the right pages on your new site, so the traffic you’ve built follows you over. That’s the piece most people miss when they move platforms on their own.

How long does it take?

You’ll have a draft to review within two weeks of sending us your content. After that, it’s however long you need to review, and then we go live.

Do you write my copy?

No. You send us your words and your images and we make them look great. You know your business and your voice better than we do. What we handle is the branding, the layout, the look and feel, and making sure it works beautifully on a phone.

What if my current site is a total mess?

Then you’re in the right place. Honestly, most of them are. That’s what the Zoom call is for.

I have a lot of pages, posts, automations, contacts, email sequences, etc. Is that extra?

Usually not. 99% of switches don’t require any special handling or additional fees. After the initial Zoom call, if the project is extremely large or expected to take longer than the 2 weeks we can typically deliver in, then we will discuss options before we start work. If the options don’t work for you, we’ll give you a full refund. Worst case you still get that free initial strategy sesh!

Which plan should I pick?

Most switchers go Plus, because that’s where email marketing, your CRM, and your domain live. Starter works if you just need the website. Premium is for when you’d rather we handle it all, and it includes your switch.

What if I’m still under contract with my current platform?

That’s fine. We’ll build your new site while your old one runs out. Plenty of people switch this way.

Do I own my site?

Yes. You own your content, your domain, and your list.

What happens after launch?

Your monthly plan covers hosting, security, updates, and support. On Premium, it also covers us making changes for you whenever you need them.
