Introduction
In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to set up coupon codes and apply them to payment forms on your Oh My Hi website. Using coupons is a great way to offer discounts and encourage purchases.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open Coupon Settings
- From your Oh My Hi dashboard, go to Forms.
 - Click on Global Settings.
 - Select Payment Settings, then click on Coupons.
 
Step 2: Review Existing Coupons
- By default, you might see a test coupon (called test) that gives a 10% discount.
 - You can delete or edit this test coupon if you’d like.
 
Step 3: Add a New Coupon
- Click Add New Coupon.
 - Enter a title (e.g., 
First Time Customer). This is just for your reference. - Enter the coupon code that customers will use (e.g., 
firstpurchase). Note that coupons codes are case sensitive! - Set the discount amount. You can choose a percentage (e.g., 
10%) or a fixed amount (e.g.,$10 off). - (Optional) Set a minimum purchase amount if you want the discount to apply only after a certain spend (e.g., 
$50). - Choose if the coupon is stackable (can be combined with other coupons) — select Yes or No.
 - (Optional) Set a start and end date if the coupon should only be valid during a specific period.
 - (Optional) Choose specific forms the coupon applies to.
 - (Optional) Set a usage limit for how many times the coupon can be used.
 - (Optional) Update success and error messages if you want to customize them.
 - Set the coupon status to Active.
 - Click Save.
 
Step 4: Add a Coupon Field to a Form
- Open the form you want to add the coupon field to (go to Forms and click Edit).
 - In the form editor, go to Input Fields > Payment Fields.
 - Select Coupon and add it to your form.
 
Step 5: Test Your Coupon on the Front End
- Go to your live page that has the form.
 - Add set a quantity so the payment field shows.
 - Enter your coupon code (e.g., 
firstpurchase) in the coupon field. - Click Apply.
 - Confirm the discount is applied. You’ll see the discount reflected in the total.
 - Users can remove the coupon by clicking the X next to it.
