Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open a Contact’s Profile
- Head to your Contacts list.
- Click on any contact to open their profile page.
Step 2: Check the Project Broadcast Section
- Scroll down until you see the Project Broadcast section.
- If everything is working, you’ll see a green label that says Connected to PB.
This means automations are set up and ready to go!
Tip: If you see a yellow label that says Not Connected, you’ll need to sync the contact.
Step 3: Sync a Contact with Project Broadcast
If the contact isn’t connected, you have two ways to fix it:
- Click “Sync from PB” – This tries to sync just this contact.
- Use the “Link Contacts” Action –
Go to your Settings, find the Project Broadcast Integration, and use Link Contacts to sync all contacts at once.
Step 4: View the Contact in Project Broadcast
- Click the quick link provided in the section to open the contact’s page directly in Project Broadcast.
Step 5: Re-Sync the Contact
If any info has changed in Project Broadcast:
- Click Re-sync from Project Broadcast to pull in the updated data.
Step 6: Send a Text Message
Want to send a quick SMS?
- Click the Send Message option in the Project Broadcast section.
- Type your message.
- Hit Send.
- You’ll see a confirmation that the SMS was sent successfully.
