Step-by-Step Tutorial: Creating an RSVP Form for a Scroll Party
Step 1: Create the RSVP Form
- Click on Create a New Form.
- Choose a template.
- Scroll down and select the Scroll Party RSVP Template.
- Click on it to open a pre-filled form.
Step 2: Customize the Form
- Update the form title to reflect the host’s name (e.g., “Kim’s Scroll Party RSVP”).
- Edit the form fields as needed:
- Add a field asking if they have heard of the company (e.g., Sunset Gourmet) with “Yes” or “No” options.
- Ensure required fields include First Name, Email, and optional fields like Last Name and Phone Number.
- Customize the submit button to something more engaging, such as “Let’s Party” instead of “Submit”.
- Save the form.
Step 3: Set Up Form Redirection
- Go to Settings & Integrations.
- Locate the Confirmation Page settings.
- Set up a redirect to the appropriate Scroll Party Page.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Step 4: Configure Email Notifications
- Ensure email notifications are enabled (this is usually auto-enabled with the RSVP template).
Step 5: Create an RSVP Page
- If you don’t already have a Scroll Party RSVP page, create a new page.
- When creating a new page, the Scroll Party RSVP option may appear automatically.
- If not, go to the Pattern Library and search for “Scroll Party.”
- Locate the Fluent Form block and select your RSVP from from the settings on the right hand side.
Step 6: Monitor RSVP Submissions
- Keep email notifications enabled to receive real-time updates.
- Check the Entries section in your form-building platform to view submitted RSVPs.
- Use the collected data for follow-ups and personalized welcomes.
Now your RSVP form is ready to collect participant information and direct them to your Scroll Party! 🎉
