How to Sync TidyCal Bookings to Your Oh My Hi CRM

Introduction

TidyCal is a booking platform some Oh My Hi users use to schedule appointments — similar to Calendly. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to link the two, so that anyone who books an appointment through your TidyCal link gets automatically added to your Oh My Hi CRM as a tagged contact.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Create an API Token in TidyCal

  1. Log in to your TidyCal account and go to Integrations.
  2. Click on Automations, then Manage API Keys.
  3. Go to Personal Tokens and click to create a new token.
  4. Name the token “Oh My Hi” so you’ll recognize it later.
  5. Set the token to read-only, then click Create.
  6. TidyCal will generate a long code — copy it, then close the window.

Step 2: Create a Tag in Your Oh My Hi CRM

  1. Go to your Oh My Hi CRM.
  2. Create a new tag, such as “Import TidyCal Contacts.”

📌 You’ll use this tag to identify contacts that come in through TidyCal, so you can follow up and build the relationship through your Oh My Hi email marketing.

Step 3: Connect TidyCal to Oh My Hi

  1. In Oh My Hi, go to Settings and click on the TidyCal integration.
  2. Paste the API token you copied from TidyCal into the field.
  3. Select the tag you created — if it’s not showing yet, click the dropdown and choose it from the list.
  4. Click Save. You’ll see a message confirming it’s connected.

Step 4: Test the Connection and Sync Contacts

  1. Click Test Connection to confirm everything is working.
  2. Click Sync Contacts to pull in anyone already in your TidyCal account.
  3. A banner will appear at the top letting you know how many contacts were imported.

✅ Your existing TidyCal contacts are now organized neatly in your Oh My Hi CRM.

Wrap-Up

Once connected, Oh My Hi checks TidyCal every four hours. Anyone who books an appointment with you gets automatically pulled into your CRM and tagged, so you can keep building the relationship through your Oh My Hi email marketing.
