Initial Setup

Introduction

Complete the initial setup of the Project Broadcast integration including connecting your account, Fetching Keywords and Syncing Contacts.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open the Project Broadcast Settings

  1. Log in to your Oh My Hi dashboard.
  2. Go to Advanced > Project Broadcast.

Step 2: Connect Your Project Broadcast Account

  1. Click the Connect button.
  2. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to log in or sign up for Project Broadcast.
  3. After logging in, check the permission box and click Allow.
  4. Once connected, click Test Connection to confirm everything is working.

✅ You’ll see a “Connection successful” message when it’s ready.

Step 3: Fetch Your Keywords

  1. Click Fetch Keywords.
  2. You’ll see a message showing how many keywords were imported from your Project Broadcast account.

Step 4: Sync Your Contacts

You have three ways to sync contacts. Here’s what each option does:

Option 1: Link Contacts

  • Links contacts that exist in both your CRM and Project Broadcast.
  • Doesn’t create new contacts.

Option 2: Pull Contacts from Project Broadcast

  • Links existing matches.
  • Creates new contacts in your CRM (if they have an email address).

Option 3: Push Contacts to Project Broadcast

  • Sends contacts from your CRM into Project Broadcast (if they have a phone number).

💡 Most users will pull and then push contacts to fully sync both systems.

  1. Click Pull Contacts.
    • If you have more than 500 contacts, this runs in the background.
    • You’ll see a message showing how many contacts were processed.
  2. Click Push Contacts.
    • The process starts and runs in the background.
    • Refresh the page to check the sync status.

Step 5: Confirm Sync Status

  • A status area shows you how many contacts were linked, created, or skipped.
  • You can refresh the page anytime to get the latest status.

Wrap-Up

That’s it! Your Oh My Hi site is now connected to Project Broadcast. You’ve synced your contacts, pulled in keywords, and everything is ready to go.
