Even with the slower pace of summer, we kept the momentum going behind the scenes at Oh My Hi. Here’s a peek at what worked, what didn’t, and where we’re headed next as we continue to grow the affiliate program and support our partners.

How June’s Initiatives Worked Out
Spreading the Word
June was packed with visibility! Becky had the opportunity to share Oh My Hi on several incredible podcasts:
- What’s Modern in Direct Sales?! on Direct Sales: The Other 99% Podcast with Lisa Duck & Susan Larimer
- How to Build a Website Easily, with Becky Launder of Oh My Hi on Leaving Academia, Becoming a Freelance Editor with Paulina S. Cossette, PhD
- Best Website Builder for Non-Techy People on Digital Marketing Therapy with Sami Bedell-Mulhern
Sami also featured Oh My Hi in her newsletter, bringing in even more buzz. These authentic conversations introduced Oh My Hi to new audiences and sparked great momentum.
Staying Consistent
We kept up with our regular content, including Beach Happy Hours and Tip Tuesday emails, keeping our community engaged and supported.
What’s Working:
- Consistent, value-packed content paired with strategic visibility on podcasts and partner platforms.
What’s Not:
- Generating buzz is tougher without a clear event or launch moment to rally around.
July Results + Mid-Summer Learnings
Supporting Partners and Affiliates
We launched a mastermind with jBloom leaders to support them in building their Oh My Hi sites and implementing systems. It took a little time for the pieces to click, but they’re now seeing the full potential of the platform. Super rewarding!
Affiliate momentum continued, thanks in part to the visibility created by Sarra Cannon’s May launch. It was a great reminder that content has a compounding effect.
Payments + First Sales Challenge
Big milestone alert: We launched payments directly inside Oh My Hi! This was a major leap toward helping users run their businesses more seamlessly.
To celebrate, we hosted the “Make Your First Sale with Oh My Hi” Challenge—a 3-day event exclusively for current members. While it didn’t bring a huge influx of new signups, our existing users saw strong wins and built solid momentum.
Next time, we’ll likely open the challenge more broadly—possibly as a free or low-cost offer—to bring in new audiences and then guide them into the platform.
What We’re Planning for August
As we head into the final stretch of the trip-earning period, we’re rolling out a buy-in + double points incentive to help finish summer strong.
We’re also leaning more into partner collaborations. While affiliates are amazing, our most powerful results are coming from leaders and coaches who introduce Oh My Hi to their teams and communities.
We’re continuing to build in public, learn in real time, and enjoy every step of the process.
