📬 More Accurate Bounced Contact Status
Your CRM now stays in sync with our email service’s official “do not send” list. When a contact’s email genuinely stops working — a closed account, a typo’d address, or someone who marked your emails as spam — they’ll be flagged in your CRM automatically and skipped on future sends. That keeps your sender reputation strong and your engagement stats honest.
♻️ Self-Healing Contact Lists
If a contact who was previously flagged as bounced becomes deliverable again, your CRM will restore their subscribed status automatically on the next daily sync. No more manually digging through contacts to undo a flag from a temporary glitch — the system catches up on its own.
🛡️ Smarter Tagging from Orders (for Plus and Premium Sites)
For sites using order data from incoming webhooks to drive CRM automations, we added the ability to automatically tag contacts based on the products they purchased. If you want this set up for your store, reach out to support and we’ll get it configured. We currently support incoming webhooks from Shopify that allow you to automatically add your Shopify customers to your Oh My Hi CRM. Have another platform you like to send contacts to Oh My Hi from?
